We have just completed two large walk in bike storage cages, that can store not only your bikes, but your bike rack as well. When booking, just remember to book the free storage cages on check out!

We are just on the edge of Dalby Forest and in fact the road our cottages are on takes you straight in to the back of Dalby avoiding the busy main hub. Dalby is fantastic for gentle forest cycling rides along forestry access roads through to world cup down hill mountain biking routes (and everything else in between!) Just under an hour away there are family friendly cycle trails at the National Park Visitor Centre at Sutton Bank – great for the views across North Yorkshire to the Pennine Hills beyond (also the cafe does good cake!). The Cinder Track is a 21 mile cycle route linking Whitby to Scarborough, using the old track bed of the railway that used to connect the two seaside towns. So ideal for those who enjoy cycling on the flat! Dotted along the route are pubs and cafes that welcome cyclists, make it a great day out.
