A stroll along Filey Bay

Places to Visit, Things to Do, Walking

A short drive from our cottages at Cliff House Holiday Cottages takes you to Hunmanby Gap, and from there out on to Filey Bay – a massive expanse of sand which is dog friendly (save for the beach immediately in front of Filey town) stretching from Filey Rigg all the way to cliffs of Flamborough Head.

Hunt for fossils, get your feet wet in the sea, explore old Second World War emplacements or just stroll along the vast sands.

Then come back to Cliff House Holiday Cottages for a dip in our pool and relax in one of our family sized cottages in front of an open log fire.
